The splendid villa Col di Casale, meticulously curated in every detail, is located near Montone in Umbria. The residence has been designed as a palace furnished in classic style with numerous pieces of Italian and English antiques. Stepping into the farmhouse is like stepping into a palace, where classic furnishings take center stage: rugs, paintings, chandeliers, sofas, tables, or beds. Beauty merges with comfort, and Col di Casale exudes a sense of great simplicity and harmony. The owners had in mind the idea of a long telescope view that traverses the entire house, composing a series of rooms from the entrance, until opening up to the view of the valley with the large panoramic terrace overlooking pristine woods and hills. The view of the property immediately brings to mind a Provencal house, surrounded by lavender plants, flowers of all kinds, and bushes of climbing roses that wrap around the front door. The farmhouse, dating back to the 1700s, is entirely clad in stone and characterized by white-painted wooden beams, terracotta floors, and large windows that perfectly illuminate all the spaces.
